Not too long ago, Brooke Courtney and I had the opportunity to photograph some looks for Kristina Gehman’s first album. Brooke has known Kristina for some time and it was a great pleasure to meet her. She was definitely one of the nicest and personable subjects that I’ve had the privilege to shoot.

The album looks and sounds phenomenal. I hadn’t heard Kristina’s music before the shoot and once I got my hands on a copy of the record, I was hooked.

It’s amazing.

I was honored to be a part of this shoot and if you get the opportunity, check out Kristina’s album! You won’t be disappointed.

The album was designed by sixty seven south. See Kristina Gehman at Folktown.

Here are some of the photos from our shoot. -Jeff

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph a good friend of mine Liz. We headed into Lancaster City on one of the hottest days of the summer and rocked the heat. It was a blast! Here are a few looks from one part of our session. Enjoy -Jeff

Julia is very camera-shy. I’ve known her for just about five years now and ever since I picked up a camera, she’d cover her face to hide from me. I had the notion of it being that way for all of eternity until one day Julia contacted me with the idea of taking some portraits. Even though I had been somewhat unprepared and the time of day being the worst for photography, I couldn’t let this opportunity slip away. So I grabbed my camera and set out on a wonderful walk around South Philadelphia with her.

Here’s a tid-bit of our session.

Enjoy,
-Jeff

Hello!

Here is my first official post with the new website layout. And boy is it an exciting one!

Last week I had the privilege to visit Brooke Courtney Photography (the dynamic photo couple that is T.J. and Brooke Mousetis) and take their photos. The three of us actually needed a few “about me” photos for our own websites so we made a full session into it. Brooke and T.J. are the main reason my passion for photography has flourished in the past year. Their talent and success has motivated me to strive to follow my dream. I’m very fortunate to have friends like them, so thank you Brooke and T.J. for all the kindness and help you’ve given me in the past year.

All of these photographs were taken with Brooke’s Canon Mark 5D II… and I’ll admit that even though I’m a Nikon boy at heart, that is a beautiful camera. And in actuality these images were all edited by Brooke as well.

Anywho, enjoy these photos and tell me what you think!

Later,
Jeff
